Michael Hesaltine, the delusional, ex-Thatcher cabinet member and OAP, apparently said that today was the biggest loss of British Sovereignty he had ever seen in his lifetime.
Has someone forgot to the doddering old Tory that we are leaving the E.E.C., not joining it?
Or has he finally lost all of his marbles?
Just as the twisted ideology of political correctness which permeates every facet of British life is the natural enemy of common sense, common sense is the antidote for political correctness.
Every time someone speaks some common sense, there is always some woolly liberal or 'equality' pressure group that will condemn it.
And every time some wishy-washy liberal comes out with the usual guff about something being 'racist' or 'sexist' and extolls the delusional, imaginary virtues of 'diversity' in order to cloud the truth or distort what was actually said; typically by ignoring the context in which it was said or done, then common sense will prevail.
Or at least, prevail in the minds of people who have their own mind and by definition, are therefore able to retain some degree of common sense, that is.
Take the recent furore about the remarks a female judge made about a rape victim.
All the judge said was that women who get really drunk make themselves more vulnerable, thus putting themselves at a higher risk of being susceptible to an attack and therefore, as a result obviously in more danger than someone who is sober.
Now common sense would tell you that is probably right.
And the more you think about it, the more you realize it is indeed, an accurate assessment of the situation.
The fact that any lone female is vulnerable to attack, though especially so late at night, then also by definition of the fact she is intoxicated, logic would dictate she is at more risk.
After all, allegedly, being drunk is now deemed to be so debilitating for a woman, that she is seen as unable to make even the simplest of decisions, such as giving sexual consent.
The ardent feminist fanatics appear to be arguing for special treatment for when they are drunk in one breath, only to deny being drunk should make any difference in their next breath.
Talk about clueless.
That just exposes the usual hypocritical nature of their position which of course, simply follows the fact it's usually a nonsensical position they start from.
However, as you can imagine, the hairy-arsed, 'burn your bra' brigade are up in arms about the judges' comments.
Apparently, they are 'sexist' and the female judge should have known better.
Well, no, not really.
The fact a female judge said it, simply shows that she has got some common sense and interestingly therefore, that common sense it is not just a phenomena exclusive to men.
And quite frankly, it's a good job some women do have common sense, not least a judge; indeed you would expect a judge to have copious amounts of it.
Evidently, being a judge would also denote that she is a well read, balanced and a learned character.
Let's look at this laterally and think for a minute.
Let's imagine for example that someone, anyone, let alone a female, gave some advice or warned against the idea of waving a wallet full of money about late at night, on your own in the street, as you would run a much higher risk of the danger of being mugged than if you kept it out of sight in your pocket.
Now, not only would common sense dictate that was wise, but anyone who possessed an ounce of it, would undoubtedly and indeed, quite naturally think that to be eminently sensible advice.
Of course, we know that in an ideal world a woman should be able to walk down the street naked and no one would touch or attack her.
Much in the same way you should be able to leave your car unlocked.
But alas, as everybody, or at least anyone with any common sense knows that is, you can't.
Or rather you can, but by doing so you are obviously making your car more vulnerable and therefore, by definition, at a higher risk of being stolen.
It's not rocket science.
It's simply common sense.
But of course, that's something that all these p.c. liberals have in common; not only do they not have any, but they despise it; it is the biggest single personal attribute that can be employed to expose the inherently flawed position, of the idealistically discriminatory, p.c. dogma which they espouse.
They also share a lack of a sense of humour, being seemingly unable to distinguish between reality and a joke.
Hence, they take offence at everything.
A case in point being the current band wagon they've jumped on, moaning about the so obviously light-hearted article in the Daily Mail, about the Prime Minister and the SNP leaders' legs.
Although even we had an objection to such awful pairs of legs on the front of a newspaper, it shows that the woman who wrote the article, does have a sense of humour and that indeed, that is also a characteristic not only exclusive to men.
All of the faux 'sexist' outrage generated by both of these stories, merely serve to illustrate the pathetic nature and sheer absurdity of the Mrs. ‘Mili-Tants’, of the ‘equality’ brigade.
And in reality, just how daft these liberals actually are, really.
After all, there they are propagating their feeble notion that you can only portray a woman in a positive, successful or professional way and no one is listening.
Most people have filtered this ideology through a large dose of common sense and simply pity them and their tiny, brainwashed minds, as they mindlessly repeat the usual sanctimonious drivel which emanates from the p.c. brigade.
Anyway, somewhat notably, women were responsible for both the comments and article they are getting hysterical about, quite how any of it can be described as ‘sexist’, is therefore beyond all reason.
Oh and common sense, naturally.
Remember all that drivel from Tony Bliar and his cronies about how the 500 odd British Army deaths, let alone the countless wounded, in Iraq and Afghanistan were not in vain?
Well unfortunately, all anyone who still believes this has to do, is turn on the T.V. and watch the daily news.
Ask yourself why exactly, are the 'Iraqi army' now busy fighting for cities once held by the British.
Indeed, they are having to fight for the very ground that the British fought for, occupied and defended.
In fact, the very same ground, that is until they were withdrawn, whereby the Islamist extremists then simply returned and took it back for themselves.
Sadly therefore, with no gain whatsoever, the futile nature of their deaths has been both clearly and indeed quite shockingly, exposed.
Lamentable a loss it is, regrettably they did die in vain.
Remember those public information films you used to see on T.V. in the 1970's?
Sometimes for the simplest of things that even a dimwit in remedial class would know.
However, they were really well made, easy to understand and indeed, educational.
Anyway, this blog is going to be similar to one of those; by way of explaining something which really is very simple, however, something that nobody seems to understand.
OK, so it's not a film, granted.
Anyway, here goes.
For some bizarre reason, everyone on the T.V. at the moment, be it a newsreader, 'newspaper review' guests, 'experts' and even the Police, do not appear to have a clue what motivated the idiot who attacked people outside Parliament last week.
They're all basically saying they have no idea what led him to terrorism and more absurdly, some even suggested that somehow, we'll never know.
Christina Patterson, the rather hot ‘journalist’ who is usually to be found on Sky’ Newspaper review (who we have mentioned before, (see blog, Liberal Sky News' liberal Newspaper review, by card carrying liberal 31/1/17) rather bizarrely claimed last night, again on Sky, that she thought the idea the attack had anything to do with religion was ridiculous.
No. That's ridiculous dear.
So we thought we'd do our bit.
Pay attention p.c. liberals; the answer to what inspired him to do it is: Islam.
For crying out loud, no less than the current leader of the so called ‘so called Islamic State’, known simply as ‘Bagdaddy-Al-Baggydad-Dad-Daddy’ or ‘Abdul’ to his friends, has indeed himself announced that the ‘soldier’ who committed the attack in Westminster, did it on their behalf.
He's actually told you an Islamist extremist did it; what more do you want?
Oh ok, more.
Well, let's think about it then.
Given that the attacker was Muslim, given that even the ridiculous so called 'so called Islamic State' have claimed responsibility and given the fact that all of the murderous acts listed below were carried out by Islamic terrorists, it's not exactly hard to realize what’s going on and understand what inspired the Islamic terrorist.
There is a clue in the name of the terrorists, for a start.
Islamic terrorists were responsible for:
The attacks on the World Trade Centre buildings in the U.S. i.e. the bombing of the underground car park there some years ago and the final attack in 2001 which culminated in the disastrous collapse of both buildings; the boat borne attack on the U.S. Navy destroyer Cole in 2000; various shootings and recent attacks in in the U.S.; the mass shootings at the Charlie Hebdo office in France; the vehicle borne attack in Niece; the Bataclan Theatre massacre in Paris; the vehicle borne attack in Berlin last Christmas; the recent shootings in Germany; the bombings in London in 2005.
The list goes on and on.
All responsibility in each case claimed by Islamist extremists.
These combined attacks have killed thousands of men women and children.
There is also of course the fact that Al-Quada, the Taliban and even the implausibly named, so called 'so called Islamic State', all of which have sworn war against the West, are all fanatical followers of the Islamic belief system and therefore by definition therefore, Muslim.
Thus, it's more than obvious to be able to deduce from all of the above that Islam is where they derive their daft but dangerous ideas about 'jihad' from and indeed, the inspiration to carry it out.
Now do you get the message about who did it and why?
It's not difficult.
See thereligionofpeace.com it might help open your eyes.
It's very telling that when another deranged man killed the M.P. Jo Cox last year, people were falling over themselves to say that he was a 'right wing extremist'.
They couldn't point it out quickly enough.
Mindless, politically correct, sheep.
Jean-Claude-Junk, some unelected, self-appointed and self-aggrandizing chairman or something or other from the fascist, dictatorial, E.E.C regime based in Brussels, made a comment about Britain trying to escape, sorry, leave the European axis.
He said it was 'very sad'.
Well, he would say that wouldn't he.
But not because he, or anyone else for that matter, is going to miss us, but because he is going to miss our money.
And he's going to miss it big-time, since Britain is one of the biggest contributors.
In fact, Britain is in the top 4 highest contributing states, we pay more in than all of the scuzzy Eastern European countries, put together.
That's why they like it.
Hard to research for sure, as for obvious reasons, they don't really like you to know.
However, I did find a figure on a well-known, reputable website of 14 billion odd pounds contributions from Britain, for last year.
Anyway, we're not going to split hairs with all the losers out there who believe, simply because they repeat everything they have been told and do not have their own brain to think with, that the E.E.C. is wonderful.
The point is, it is a massive amount of money to lose from any budget and will represent something like a 12% budget deficit for them.
Think about it; we get services losing 1 or 2% of their budget in this country and they're on their knees struggling, so the E.E.C is going to be absolutely decimated.
All of which is good, of course.
I would say it will bankrupt the E.E.C. but of course as we all know, they already are.
That's both morally and financially, obviously.
What's more, Commandant Junk knows it.
Well Chairman Mao... oh, sorry, wrong article... got confused.
Ahem...Well Chairman Junk, we don't think it's sad.
We think you are though!
We think it's fantastic.
In fact, we think it's so good, such good news and such a momentous decision to finally break free from being chained down by you, that we think it is probably the best thing to happen to Britain, since the end of the Second World War.
And if the arrogant French say the British have to leave France, will that included the dead; you know, the ones that fought to save you, Mr. Junk?
Apparently, the liberal news media and handwringers alike are wondering what on earth could have driven the Muslim fanatic to commit such a dreadful, murderous act last Wednesday on the streets of London.
Allegedly, the Police are also 'investigating' what could have motivated him to become cannon fodder.
Alas, some of us already know.
It's not difficult.
Indeed, you have to wonder why the question is even being asked by anyone, let alone the Police.
That's what inspired him.
The promotion and defence of Islam; that of which some of the more brainwashed amongst us deem, as untouchable, beyond all other and certainly beyond reproach.
Woolly, p.c. liberals will faithfully continue to push the line they're given about how peaceful Islam is and indeed will keep doing so until the cows come.
The fact is that that if you are not a Muslim, then by definition of their Islamic belief system, you are a 'non believer'.
You will never hear the liberal elite say this.
Neither will they ever dream to even mention that as such, you are not seen as an equal.
And basically, it's the root of what they term, as 'jihad'.
See thereligionofpeace.com it's a great resource.
In reality of course, the Police and secret services do obviously already know this; even they're not that stupid.
And it doesn't stop them dealing with it.
However, their hands tied by political correctness, they clearly just can't actually say it.
Fortunately for democracy however, we can.
Given the violent attack in London yesterday, plainly perpetrated by a Muslim and in the name of Islam, Mark Rowley (acting deputy Met Commissioner) made a statement last night in which he appeared to get things back to front.
He said and I quote, ''We must recognise now that our Muslim communities will feel anxious at this time given the past behaviour of the extreme right wing and we will continue to work with all community leaders in the coming days.''
Well, funnily enough and more pertinently, given the past behaviour of deranged, Muslim extremists, let alone this latest murderous attack, I would think it more likely that the Christian population, or to use his words 'community', will definitely feel anxious at this time and we must indeed, recognize that.
I would have thought that would have been a more appropriate assessment of the Islamic terrorist atrocity and a more rational interpretation of the nature of the threat facing British citizens.
After another violent attack on British soil by, unsurprisingly, yet another deranged, Islamic fanatic the only good news is that the Police shot him; and they shot him, dead.
Just wait for the p.c. brigade to read 'Islamic terrorist attack', as a 'multi-casualty event' requiring a 'multi-agency response'; then highlight and emphasize anything and everything about the attacker, except the fact that he's an Islamic terrorist.
Point out he was fat, bald, middle aged, a thug, say it was an attack on democracy...anything, absolutely anything.
That is anything, except of course the fact that he was a Muslim; whilst simultaneously spewing out all the usual guff about it being nothing to do with Islam and no doubt, pointing out that the victims were of all nationalities.
And of course, get so called Muslim 'community leaders' to 'speak out' against it.
Judging by the front pages of tomorrows' newspapers, some of which along with all of the above, call him a 'loser', this process has already started.
The only thing that puzzles me is how everyone, quite rightly, say nothing should change because of this attack, that we shouldn't let terrorists win by altering our way of life, only to then promptly announce a 'review of security' and that subsequently, things may need to change.
Work that one out.
And without a hint of irony, Theresa May said that life was going along as normal when it happened, that we should all stand together and continue, as normal; I agree, well said, indeed we should.
Well, at least everyone should carry on as normal, while she is whisked away in a bullet proof car with an armed Police escort, that is.
We know she's a jittery character anyway, but she looked more panicked than everyone else put together the way she hob-nailed it the wrong way to the car.
During WW2 when Hitlers' Luftwaffe virtually carpet bombed London day and night, when we truly were of one people, then indeed Britain really did pull together.
Shop owners opened their shops in spite of not actually having a front door left to open, Churchill stayed put in Downing Street, Parliament did not relocate and even the King refused to leave Buckingham Palace.
Now that's carrying on, as normal.
Compare that to now however, where now we get one man with a couple of knives and the whole of London comes to a standstill.
But of course, that was when the British 'keep calm and carry on' mentality, the resolve and attitude by which we approached and dealt with life, was still a demonstrable trait of the British which a genuine observation of could still be made.
However, with too many woolly liberals and their predilection for victim-hood, actively seeking offence so that they can complain, together with the dilution of society with too many foreigners, it's now more like 'keep calm and hit the panic button'.
Anyway, the only small comfort that can be drawn from this, is that at least the Police managed to kill the murderer who perpetrated the crazed attack.
Without trivialising this despicable, violent crime and even as an unintended consequence, the only other thing even remotely on the upside to be drawn from this, is that it overshadowed the death and subsequent funeral of another murderer, Martin McGuinness.
As we predicted (see blog, Martin 'murderer' McGuinness 21/3/17), he was subsequently feted as a 'statesman' and therefore without doubt, we missed having to put up with live coverage of that somewhat odious event, all day on T.V.
Anyway, good riddance to more bad rubbish.
As I checked my emails this morning, I noticed on an online news feed, that Martin McGuinness had died.
My first though was good.
I mean, no one wishes anyone dead here, but come on; no one is going to miss him.
Then, I thought oh no. Here we go again.
Let me guess; all the loony liberals and left wing apologists will be eulogising about him, about what a statesman he was.
Of course they overlook the fact he was a notorious leader of the murderous IRA and indeed, a terrorist convicted of possessing explosives and ammunition.
They say his cause was oppression and that it was the only way to fight it.
Well, oppression was also the cause of the leader of the independence movement in British ruled India, one Mahatma Gandhi and he managed to do it peacefully.
As if the wholesale murder of innocent men, women and children in terrorist atrocities was not bad enough, McGuiness never appeared to regret it and he never even apologized.
The fact he never apologized simply demonstrates that he didn't seem to think he had anything to apologize for; a fact which most people would quite naturally and instinctively, find to be abhorrent.
Then a friend rang me up asked me if I'd seen the news.
I said yes, to which he replied 'good isn't it'.
He added that his complaint had already been fired off to the B.B.C. about their reporting of it.
He (my friend) had been a soldier in Northern Ireland in the 1980's and seen friends killed by the like of McGuinness, so you can kind of figure why he would say that; indeed, why you can sympathise with all the families of the victims murdered by the IRA.
Just like when Nelson Mandela, the convicted murderer and terrorist died, they are martyred; almost canonized.
And I haven't even seen the news yet.
They said and continue to say, you can't bomb your way to the negotiating table.
Try telling that to the so called 'so called Islamic State', as apparently, you can.
You never know, maybe there is hope yet for their current leader, known simply by the alias 'Bagdaddy-al-Bagdad-Baggydad-al-Bagdad-dad', to also meet the Queen and become an M.P.
Either way, good riddance.
