So what if they do?
In fact, good.
Are these people on drugs or something.
Even if that were true, the only people that should worry about that is Europe, as they would be the ones to lose out on exports if we didn't buy stuff from them because it were too expensive.
However, as we all know, nature abhors a vacuum and capitalism certainly does.
Therefore, if imports did indeed become more expensive then it would be win, win, anyway.
Perhaps we would then start to make our stuff, in this country once again.
This would consequently provide more jobs for British people, thus cancelling out any of the supposed extra costs to imports.
Every action has an equal and opposite reaction.
Subsequently, at the end of the day just as water finds its' own level, the benefits and losses (if any) will all balance out, quite naturally in time.
However, like we've said before, we'd happily be bankrupt and destitute to leave the foreign, fascist dictatorship of the E.E.C.
In the words of Michael Caine (see blog, Quote of the year, courtesy of Michael Caine 7/4/17), I would rather be a poor master than a rich servant.
