Err.... What strength would that be then?
As we have stated before (See Blog, Another myth propagated by the pro-European liberal elite and European myth buster under 'The E.E.C.' at the top of the homepage.)
In reality of course, Europe rarely even agrees to, let alone actually take action.
Despite this, the Euro-fanatics are busy engaged in yet another, feeble effort, to advance another lame contention which purports to support the case for remaining in the E.E.C.
Engaged in a fantasy portrayal of danger to security, they claim to leave the E.E.C. is exactly what President Putin wants.
Their artificial construct notionally claims this is because the ability of Europe and/or Britain to act, would become diminished or indeed subjugated, as a result of a 'leave' vote.
However, the truth is, as always, rather very different of course.
America and the E.E.C. have both sat on their proverbial hands and capitulated to the mighty Russian, Putin.
Putin and his ally President Assad are currently busy running amok in Syria.
To all intents and purposes, they are committing mass genocide, virtually completely unchecked and the West, never mind Europe, is seemingly impotent to act.
So where exactly is any weakness of position or intent which could be exposed by Britain voting to leave the E.E.C.?
The current position of Europe couldn't be any weaker if they tried.
There is an irony here, not least for Hilary Benn who made a supposedly acknowledged 'barnstorming' speech in Parliament, in his ardent defence and support of the case for action in Syria.
The very same 'moderate forces' of which the Government and Benn made so much of supporting, are now being hastily wiped out by Messrs Putin and Assad.
