And we said that, no doubt when he reported, he would indeed find 'racism.'
See the blog, David 'call me Dave' Cameron appoints David Lammy 1/2/16.
Low and behold, here we are and David Lammy has indeed interpreted the fact that because a disproportionate number of black and 'ethnic minorities' are affected, something must be wrong, as it apparently it cannot be explained.
Leaving the conclusion to be drawn that it must be 'racism'.
However, that contrasts starkly with the rest of us with an at least part functioning brain, who interpret the figures to simply demonstrate that more black and 'ethnic minorities' had committed crime and as a result, more had subsequently therefore been imprisoned.
By putting a black man with a chip on his shoulder in charge of an inquiry in to alleged discrimination against black people, it was loaded from the start and was always going to find, what he wanted to find.
As predicted over a year ago, when he was appointed.
A whitewash, you might say.
But then again, he probably thinks that's 'racist'.
