Feted as a messiah, he came in on a wave of misplaced exuberance, simply because he is black and yet has done nothing while in office, absolutely nothing.
All he does is try to make convoluted, meaningful, poignant speeches full of well-meaning intentions and platitudes, all intended to purport the image of a statesman, but all of which come to nothing; all of this guff is then rich fodder for (predictably of course) all the wishy-washy liberals who subsequently queue up to fawn over and gush about.
He's shied away from every major issue and foreign crisis; the mighty Russian bear that is Putin, makes him look like a soft, meek and mild, woolly little lamb.
The Americans are some of the most ardent defenders of national sovereignty to be found.
They don't sign up to international treaties, they don't allow their citizens to be extradited, or indeed their soldiers to be tried by international courts.
They don't open up their borders to anyone, do not even consider or understand the notion of 'sharing' Sovereignty and indeed fiercely protect their borders and interests around the world with unrestrained fervency and national pride, rarely seen elsewhere.
And they don't like anyone telling them what to do or take kindly to anyone who interferes in their domestic politics, most notably with particular regard to elections.
There would be absolute uproar if a British Prime Minister visited America and even mentioned their elections for anything, let alone said what he thought was best for them.
Yet despite all this and the accepted protocol of national leaders not commenting on other nations' votes, the politically impotent Obama sees fit to voice support for Britain to remain in the E.E.C.
To coin a phrase, frankly my dear, we (Sic.) don't give a damn.
The pro-European liberal elite are throwing everything at this vote, just like we said they would.
We warned about a plethora of people coming forward to support staying in and they're all coming out of the woodwork now.
But ask yourself a question.
Apart from their own vested interests, what do President Obama, the I.M.F., the O.E.C.D., other countries' politicians, business representatives, the Governor of the Bank of England, the Labour party, the Liberal party, most of the Tories, the S.N.P., Plaid Cymru, the Green party et al, all have in common?
They're all part of the establishment.
They are all bought and paid for.
I'll tell you what's going to happen if (fingers crossed) we vote to leave the E.E.C. by a very small majority.
The government will say that it's too small a majority and that we need to address the concerns of the large minority who want to stay in.
And they'll say they can tweak it a bit more and we'll have to vote again.
Hopefully at that point, there'll be riots on the streets.
Ignore the brainwashing and vote to leave.
